Christ the Lord by Anne Rice is actually very good so far. It is Rice's fictional depiction of what life was like for Jesus when he was a child. He has a hard time understanding why he has special powers, and why he does not call Joseph his father. I'm 5 chapters into it. I'll let you know if it's a worthwhile read when I'm done. So far, so good.
